Jessica graduated from New Prague High School in 2010. She also graduated from Winona State University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Jessica is an RN at Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis.
Triplets - Anders Thomas, Kinley Ann and Hudson Steven Drazan, were born to Brad and Makayla (Schmitz) Drazan of New Prague on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Mother Baby Center, Minneapolis. (They were born at 32 weeks and 2 days) Anders weighed 4.9 pounds, and was 17.7 inches long, Kinley weighed 4.6 pounds, and was 17 inches long, and Hudson weighed 3.9 pounds, and was 16.1 inches long.
Grandparents are Tom and Shari Schmitz and Steve and Mary Drazan, all of New Prague.
Great-Grandparents are Shirley Mann and Irma Langer, both of New Prague.
A son, Benjamin David Kneip, was born to Jeff and Katie (Hoffman) Kneip of New Prague on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System, New Prague. Benjamin weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long. He is welcomed home by big sister Emma, 21 months.

A daughter, Ruby Rose Henry, was born to Nate and Katie (Neutgens) Henry of New Prague on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Shakopee. Ruby weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 inches long. She was welcomed home by older sister, Violet, age 16 months.

Alexa is a 2014 graduate of New Prague High School and a 2018 graduate of the University of Minnesota- Morris, with B.A. degrees in Spanish and Statistics, a minor in Mathematics, with Honors. Starting February 2019, she will spend nine months as a U.S. Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Cornelio Procopio, Brazil.
A son, Cliff Albert Braith, was born to Matt and Sarah (Salaba) Braith of Northfield on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018 at Northfield Hospital. Cliff weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He was welcomed home by big sister Quinn, age 16 months.

Brett is currently pursuing her doctorate degree at Creighton University where she is enrolled in their Pharmacy program.
Benjamin graduated from the University of Minnesota at Duluth with a doctorate degree in 2016 in Pharmacy. He is currently employed at Coborn’s in New Prague as a pharmacist.

Ted and Lorraine (Franek) Simon recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with their children and grandchildren. They attended mass, were surprised with a limo ride and enjoyed an outdoor brunch. They were married on September 23, 1958 in Veseli at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. They have lived many wonderful years together on their farm near St. Patrick. Ted and Lorraine have six children, Warren, Theresa, Jackie, Arlene, Pat and Cyril. Buh zehnej!
