A daughter, Isla Faith Blanks, was born to Jaffrey and Laura (Tupy) Blanks of Mendota Heights on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at United Mother Baby Center, St. Paul. Isla weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. Isla is welcomed home by big brothers Jaxon, age 5 and Ryker, age 3, big sister Harper living in heaven.
Grandparents are Allen Tupy, Donna Simon and Chuck Eaton all from New Prague, Grover and Bunnie Jones, Jim and Debra Goins all from St. Paul.

Twins - Kathryn Elizabeth Frykman and Benjamin Bruce Frykman, were born to Paul and Angie (Wolf) Frykman of New Prague on Friday, April 3, 2020 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Shakopee. Kathryn weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 18 inches long, Benjamin weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long. They are welcomed home by big sisters Bella, age 7 and Lilly age 5.

Joe and Gladys Tupy will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Monday, June 15. The couple was married on June 15, 1950, at St. Wenceslaus Church in New Prague, MN.
Joe and Gladys have seven children: Joe, Gladys, Marlene, Diane, Kathy, Mary Jo and Cindy.
